Welcome to DadReady. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the DadReady website and the purchase of our digital guides. By using the site or buying a product, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

DadReady is an independent digital publisher that sells downloadable PDF guides for new and expecting fathers. "We," "our," and "us" refer to DadReady. "You" refers to the person using the site or buying a product.
2. What You're Buying
DadReady sells digital PDF guides. When you purchase, you receive a one-time, personal, non-transferable license to download and use the guide for your own use. You may:
- Download and print the PDF for personal use
- Store copies on devices you own
- Share the guide with your spouse, partner, or co-parent
You may not:
- Resell, redistribute, or republish the guide
- Share the download link publicly (for example, on forums, social media, or file-sharing sites)
- Modify the guide and pass it off as your own
- Use the content in a commercial product without written permission
3. Payment
All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your full card information on our servers. Prices are listed in US dollars. Applicable sales taxes may be added at checkout based on your location.
4. Refunds
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, email us within 30 days of purchase and we'll issue a full refund. See our Refund Policy for details.

All DadReady content, including the guides, the site design, logos, and written material, is owned by DadReady and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Purchase of a guide does not transfer ownership.
7. Account & Email
When you purchase a guide, you provide an email address. We use this to deliver your product, send your receipt, and occasionally send relevant updates. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time. See our Privacy Policy for details.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the site in any way that:
- Violates any law or regulation
- Infringes on another person's rights
